Responsibilities:

Track, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of marketing investments

？ Coordinate field execution and provides feedback to senior management team

？ Conduct post evaluation analysis for major marketing programs (including sales & distribution results, consumer offtake tracking, program response, DME actual spending)

？ Prepare general Nielsen data analysis & competitive review together with agencies

Assist Sr. Marketing Manager to work with diverse groups across the business to s ensure smooth preparation and implementation of marketing initiatives

？ Collaborates with Finance team to collect product profitability information, review monthly brand achievement and spending control for budget control

？ Works with Operation team to ensure that Sales team receives products (particularly New Product/Packaging, promotion packs) and other marketing support within timelines for field sales negotiation and execution

DME tracking and reporting

？ Track all the DME accrual and reimbursement on a monthly basis and develop monthly DME report

Other projects/tasks assigned by Marketing Director

Personal Capability Development

？ Be responsible and committed for the training and development plan for himself or herself. Be the ‘owner’ for self continuous growth under the supervision of Sr. Marketing Manager

Requirements:

？ 1-2 years experience in FMCG industry (food experience will be a major plus)

？ Good teamwork capability with high integrity

？ Good interpersonal skills and able to work with parties outside the company organization

？ People oriented. Good interpersonal skills

？ Must be a strong self-starter, Devoted attitude & willing to take-up extra workload within a lean/small team structure

？ Good organizing skills, able to deal with multi-tasks

？ Good Excel, PowerPoint skills

？ Fluency in both English and Mandarin
