上海菲特尔莫古复合材料有限公司,是上海汽车工业集团与美国辉门共同投资建立的合资经营企业。公司成立于2007年9月,主要开发和生产新型铝基复合材料和铜基复合材料。公司在原上海祥生轴瓦材料有限公司的基础上,依托美国辉门公司先进的技术支持,力争为全世界汽车发动机提供优质的轴瓦材料。
公司前期投资额约为800万美元,拥有世界水平的轴瓦材料机加工自动生产线和检测设备。企业生产规模、产品质量等在全国同行业中居于首位,是我国发动机配件制造业的主要原材料生产企业。在战略上是一个地区性的供应商,将生产热复合与冷复合铝合金轴瓦材料,以供给菲特尔莫古工厂,并选择战略性的客户。

JOB TITLE: Human Resource Supervisor
LOCATION: Shanghai Materials Plant
REPORTS TO: Plant Manager/HR Manager

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Recruit, interview and participate in the selection process for filling vacancies within the facility. Check references and handle employment verifications.
·Champion the concept of self-directed work teams, coach the teams in resolving problems, conflicts and operational issues. Assist teams with designing guidelines and policies. Foster a participative and positive employee philosophy culture. Facilitate team meetings on human issues such as discipline, turnover, absenteeism etc.
·Design and facilitate the Employee Orientation process to ensure the new employee is successfully acclimated to the plant culture.
·Develop and conduct various training for the operation, administer career development and performance management process for the facility, Succession Planning, Performance Appraisals and Graduate Development. Promote continuous learning and advises employees on courses, seminars etc. to enhance their careers.
·Administer the Employee Compensation system to include Pay-For-Knowledge and incentive programs.
·Complete reports per corporate and management request.
·Responsible for Employee Communication program,including development of Employee Handbooks, training manuals and newsletters.Coordinate employee social and recreational activities.
·Develop annual budget for the Department.
·Responsible for some Admin issues.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·BS degree in Business or related field or Psychology.
·At least three 5 years experience as a HR generalist in a manufacturing environment and 2 years in management functions, working for JV is a plus.
·Must possess some experience and a strong commitment to self-directed work teams or Participative Management philosophies.
·Salaried and hourly recruitment experience is a must.
·Working knowledge of employment, labor and safety laws and regulations.
·Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with a strong business sense.
·Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
·Good command in English.
