Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervision of process and final quality controls in HVAC product line;
- To organize and arrange HVAC product line process and final inspections according to actual situation;
- To manage HVAC process and final inspections fully compliant with product quality requirements procedures;
- Responsible for continuous improvement for process and outgoing quality controls;
- Arrange inspection force to support FAI inspection.

Work Experience Requirements:
- At least 4 years technical or supervision experience in the field of refrigeration or air condition;
- Well knowledge of air conditioning applications;
- Familiar with Quality Management System such as ISO9001 and IRIS and quality tools such as APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), PFMEA ( Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) , Inspection and Control Plan, MSA (Measure of Sampling Adequacy);
- Good communication and reporting skill, strong management skills, can work under pressure;
- In minimum 4 special processes as: gluing, painting, riveting, brazing, welding, crimping, wiring..;
- Strong MS Office skills;
- Fluent English speaking and writing;

Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree majored in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;

Respecting legal and SFRT health, safety and environment rules;
