JOB TITLE: Accounting & Reporting Manager

Location: Shanghai

1. PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The candidate responsible to implement company policies and directives in the Finance area, to monitor key performance indicators and provide input to the management in the fulfillment of company financial targets and to ensure that good administrative practice is implemented and company's value is safeguarded throughout all operations.
(1)Daily accounting operation management and perform accounting analysis.
(2)Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to the Headquarter.
(3)Ensure compliance to local accounting principles and fiscal requirements, liaise with Corporate management to enforce Corporate accounting policies.
(4)Co-lead and perform the yearly annual budget as per Corp. instructions.
(5)Liaise with external auditors , financial institutions and professionals.


2. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience & Personality:
(1)Minimum 10 years working experiences, audit firm background is a real advantage.
(2)Ability to manage the control area of the team, providing the unit with operation and managerial integrated system, control policies and methodologies.
(3)Have experience of full responsibility in accounting, financial and control areas.
(4)Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to meet tight deadline and work independently.

Education & Knowledge:
(1)Bachelor’s Degree or above.
(2)Good knowledge of IAS/IFRS, local GAAP.
(3)Accountancy Certification as required by local legislation .
(4)Computer literacy - Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of SAP is definitely an advantage.
(5)Fluency in written and spoken English is fundamental.
