Job Description:
1. Provide helpdesk service for users, support them for daily issues like hardware and software issues, office equipments issues, and network connectivity issues.
2. Supports and troubleshoots problems related with Widows operation system and software (Office/Lotus Notes/Anti-Virus software, etc)
3. Troubleshooting user’s problem over the phone and with remote control technologies as well as on-site support;
4. Maintenance and upgrading of computer systems if needed
5. Make appropriate action and advise useful recommendations to the end users

Job Requirements:
1. 1~2 years of IT help desk support experience
2. Good knowledge and experience with Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, Office2007/2010, Windows XP/Win7
3. Good knowledge and experience with LAN/WAN maintenance
4. Experience in working with Lotus Notes and Lotus Domino Server
5. Familiar with Citrix Xenserver and XenDesktop
6. Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors;
7. Good English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills;
8. Well developed interpersonal, communication skills
9. Having service mind and client service attitude
