Essential Job Functions :
1.Assist plant senior management to set up plant SHE committee by implementing plant safety management system.
2.Administrate and maintain the running of SHE committee by organizing monthly meeting, issuing plant safety newsletter conducting safety activities and initiate any safety improvement program.
3.Promote the best practice sharing with counterparts in Interface AP plant as well as around the globe.
4.Lead and initiate loss preventive safety activities with reporting to plant management.
5. Initiate community activities by involving plant staffs and support marketing/sales with updated information on our company's safety culture.
6. Work with production team to drive waste minimization and energy reduction by adopting best practice and innovative technology to contribute to company's vision of ' Mission Zero'.
7. Be responsible for plant overall security by managing plant CCTV system and other security program.
8. Conduct EHS training for plant staff.
9. Steward plant EHS KPI, tracking the progress and work out the gap closure plan.

Experience :
1. Related working experience in a multinational company is preferred.
2. Good Command of both oral and spoken English.
3. Be open minded and Mission Zero in nature.
4. Be able to work under pressure.
5. Good team work spirit.

Education :
University degree in environmental engineering or related, overseas study experience is preferred.
