Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

-Welcome and greet customers in the store

-Ensure a personal customer service during the fittings especially in recommending garments but also in presenting / wearing / offering the possibility to accessorize

-Support Fashion Advisers staff when they need extra assistance

-Care of customer’s companions especially in offering rest and beverage

-Continually ensure that customer‘s experience are performed with high quality

Requirements:

-1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, in Guest handling or in Sales, ideally for a luxury company

-Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction

-Service and Detail orientated

-Must have good sense of fashion and high sensitivity in color and clothing matching

-Verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin is not necessary but will be a plus.

-Good standards of personal presentation with pleasant personality

-Relocation to Xiamen China a must
