职位责任DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and realize HUGO BOSS Jersey products in correspondence with our Creative Teams in Germany as well as our Merchandise Team in HK
Support and advise our vendors through the whole process of product development in terms of all technical requirements
Check proto styles to achieve the targets in terms of styling, quality, workmanship, fitting, measurement and treatment
Manage the salesman sample production and perform inline and 100% final control of salesman samples at our vendors facilities to ensure the shipment in correct quality and quantity
Participate and perform salesman sample fittings and hand over all style details and information for bulk production to our QA Team
Work hand in hand with our QA Team to ensure a smooth workflow between development and bulk production
Support and advise external technician teams of vendors on necessary processes, procedures and techniques to fulfill the requirements of HUGO BOSS quality guidelines


职位要求POSITION/PERSON QUALIFICATIONS:

2 to 5 years solid working experience in a related discipline with strong technical background in related technologies as sewing, knitting, pattern making and finishing
Located in Guangzhou and willingness to travel within China/Asia/Europe
Excellent knowledge of production processes in the apparel industry
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, good team player
Ability to work independently as well as open minded to an multicultural working environment
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
Skilled in MS-office software
Be able to work under pressure
Good organizational skills
