职位描述
Overall Purpose of Job:
- Handling of sales within assigned business scope within the framework of the strategies and policies of the company.
- Building up a rational sales team to keep company’s sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Budgeting
- Develop and implement annual budget and plan for assigned territory market; prepare sales forecast; allocate sales targets to subordinates; develop expense budget; and adjust sales plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions in order to achieve annual sales targets, goals and plan.
Policies and Procedures
- Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.
Client Relationship Development & Maintenance
- Create and maintain good relationship with customers.
Sales Activities
- Lead key account sales activities; negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales; and monitor customer service efforts in order to ensure sales activities meet annual targets.
- Formulate programs and incentives for dealers.
Account Receivables (A/R)
- Monitor account receivable balance on a monthly basis; follow up with subordinates on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms in order to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts.
External Relations
- Maintain good relationship with dealers, design institute, consulting firms, and authorities.
People Management & Development
- Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted performance and retain key talent.

Education and training
- Diploma or degree holder in electrical or electronic field
- Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English
- Other languages or dialects will be an advantage
Experiences
- Minimum 10 years sales experience in the field of pumps or control panels maintenance, with 5 years management experience.

- Aggressive
- Result driven

- Leadership
Physique
- Male or Female
- Preferably 35 to 45 years old
- Matured with good mental attitude
- Physically fit
