Responsibilities:
On Side production support, problem solving, standard operation implementation, continues improvement.
在生产车间进行现场技术支持，技术问题解决，标准化作业和流程推进，持续改善。
1. Solve machine and process related problem in metallization process.
解决镀铝工艺中的设备和工艺的相关问题
2. Initiative, evaluate and implement process yield improvement.
有主动性，评估和改善工艺。
3. Generate and update Process parameter and work instructions.
作出并更新工艺参数和作业指导书 。
4. Monitor process and equipment capabilities, improve the machine capacity.
监控工艺和设备能力，改进设备能力。
5. Staff training and assessment.
员工培训和评估。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, science major related.
本科及以上学历，理工科专业毕业。
2. Fluent English in oral and written.
熟练的英语书面及口语运用能力。
3. Up to 3 years related work experience, experience related to automotive lighting is preferable.
三年以上工艺工作经验，具有汽车照明相关工作经验者优先。
4. Good understanding for process, machine, process and tool, independent problem solving.
对工艺、设备、模具具有良好的认知能力，独立解决问题的能力。
5.Can use quality tool,good communication and cooperation.
能运用质量工具, 良好的沟通技巧及合作精神。
