Role Purpose 职位目标:
To manage targeted retailers business progress, ensure the sales revenue target achievement and the contribution growth through the strategic collaboration strategy and business plan to key retailer as well as sales team leading.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
主要工作职责:
In business:
1. Manage targeted key retailers & deliver the required business results(P&L)
2. Identify and catch up the business opportunities in each targeted retailer.
3. Develop annual plan, sales promotion scheme based on the smart KR collaboration strategies that including contract term, spending control, promotion plan, promotion evaluation and ensure all plan execution in retailers through a effective customer management.
4. Work in conjunction with brand team to develop KR marketing activities to accelerate brand development in retailers and market share growth in cities.
5. Work in conjunction with Marketing, to develop trade POSM or related materials and ensure the display implementation in pharmacies of key retailer
6. Regular business review with key retailer buying team
7. Work in conjunction with commercial team / logistic partner to ensure the supply chain management.
8. Visit KA outlets and monitor the outlet execution
9. Keep track the competitors' dynamics and take counteractive measure, also able to feed back the key market information to manager.
In team leading:
10. Lead the city sales team to catch up a high quality exdcution in POP and improve KPI performance constantly.
11. Coach the team member to promote the team capability in professional selling skills
Qualifications/Requirements:
申请资格 / 职位要求:
1. University or above degree, major in Marketing, Business Administration, pharmacy, medicine or related;
2. Above 4 years retail /commercial sales experience in Pharma/Healthcare/FMCG industry that includes 2 years chainstore KA management experience at least. 1+ year FLSM experience is preferred;
3. Excellence in business planning, commercial negotiation and POP promotion implementation.
4. Creative for the problem solving.
5. Best in the personal influence, communication skill and leadership.
