1.Create major sub-systems of new innovative and practical gas vale design in accordance with company specifications and design standards, as part of cross-functional development teams;
2.Conduct concept, calculation and design for gas valve development (use of SOLIDWORKS as required), create new gas valve design models in 2D & 3D CAD as well as detail;
3.Analyze engineering problems and recommend practical solutions, provide technical direction and guidance;
4.Prototype development including laboratory test, verification and data analysis;
5.Create, monitor and evaluate test programs to verify/validate gas valve performance individually or integrally;
6.Perform and check engineering calculations to verify product design, review detailed component design, including tolerance, material and surface treatment selection;
7.Participate in NPD gate reviews, as needed.

Eligibility requirements：
1.Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering, or gas engineering,above 8 years’ design experience on gas valve for gas water heater;
2.Good communication skills and team working skills, with multinational project management experience;Familiar with ANSL,UL and EN standards
3.Familiar with SOLIDWORKS&Microsoft OFFICE,Excellent English skills;
4.QFD, FMEA, tolerance calculation, CFD knowledge will be plus;
independently design major sub-systems and mechanical components based on a solid understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, machining & assembly fit tolerances, and kinematic & stress analysis.
