1.Participation as an active member of the product development team to develop gas valve;
2.Conduct concept, calculation and design for gas valve development (use of SOLIDWORKS as required);
3.Create new gas valve design models in 2D & 3D CAD as well as detail and released drawings;
4.Prototype development including laboratory test, verification and data analysis;
5.Create, check, and maintain appropriate engineering documentation in support of product design and company procedures;
6.Create, monitor and evaluate test programs to verify/validate gas valve performance individually or integrally.

Eligibility requirements:
1.Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering, or gas engineering,above 8 years’ design experience on gas valve for gas water heater;
2.Good communication skills and team working skills, with multinational project management experience;Familiar with ANSL standards is preferred;
3.Familiar with SOLIDWORKS，Microsoft OFFICE;Be good at English skills;
4.QFD, FMEA, tolerance calculation, CFD knowledge will be plus
independently design major sub-systems and mechanical components based on a solid understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, machining & assembly fit tolerances, and kinematic & stress analysis
