D10-Senior Business Consultant-After Sales
Support the Dealerships in the field of Porsche After Sales on special issues. Global analyzing of compliance with all Porsche specified retail business processes. Diagnosing of general requirements and necessities in all fields of the After Sales Department. Exposing and following rectifying of dealerships weaknesses on basis of an individual activity plan which therefore has to be prepared. Supporting the implementation of advanced processes and there permanent realization. Not properly implemented processes have to be optimized and improved. On-site training related to the located issues with all involved persons to ensure the right procedures and their right attitude to customers, brand, products, staff, external partners, compliance and security.
In-house design of standard procedures for recurring issues to support the internal progress and enhance the efficiency. All invented processes have to be optimal integrated in existing Porsche guidelines on long term basis. Constantly detailed internal reporting is understood as well as close cooperation with all corresponding departments.
Responsibilities:
-Global analysing of compliance with guidelines and at Porsche Centre
-Optimization & improvement of not properly implemented business process initiated by Porsche China
-Design of individual activity plans for the dealerships in cooperation with Regional Managers
-Implementation of retail After Sales processes and standards at new or existing Porsche Centres
-Training and coaching on Porsche standards and processes
-In-house design of processes for recurring issues on basis of existing Porsche guidelines
-Diagnosing general requirements and necessities in all areas of After Sales in a dealership
-Detailed and constantly internal reporting
-Long term integration in Porsches existing processes and guidelines
-Convey the right attitude to the customers, brand, products, staff, external partners, compliance, security
Requirements:
- English is a must (written and spoken)
- General automotive product and technical knowledge (Porsche knowledge preferred)
- Knowledge of the Automotive Retail After Sales Process and Busniess
- Good experience in IT-Knowledge (MS Office, e-mail, Internet, Intranet, After Sales systems)
