Background：
This job is for a fortune 500 company with its global IT delivery center in Nanjing. You will work with your global peers to provide world-class IT service to its internal customers. This job requires strong IT skill as well as English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:
1.Technical resolution of incidents reported by the Service Desk, the customer and/or from the monitoring tool;
2.Main point of contact for incidents on his/her area of expertise (e.g. networks, hosting, workplace, packaging);
3.Reports on progress to service desk agent;
4.Delivers day-to-day services e.g. capacity management, release management, application management, backup, new device onboarding, etc.;
5.Delivers solutions within defined performance agreements;
6.Handles change requests for ICT infrastructure issues by following working procedures;
7.Supports problem investigation within scope (establishes root causes); and suggests workarounds for problems (Level 3 engineers);
8.Shares knowledge between shifts and different service groups;
9.Works on projects (not all IT Engineers).

Requirements (In general):
1.BA/BA+/Masters degree in ICT;
2.English (oral & written, Level 3 engineer require fluent oral English)
3.Team player;
4.In depth technical background;
5.Analytical skills to solve problems (errors);
6.Good communication skills;
7.For some exellent candidates can be appropriate to relax the work experience conditions

Workplace (Citrix Level 3 Support):
1. Solid knowledge of Citrix products such as XenApp, XenDesktop, Provisioning, etc.
2.Knowledge of VDI
3.Knowledge of AppSense is preferred
4.Knowledge of Microsoft App-V is preferred
5.Knowledge of Hardware firewall (Juniper, NetScaler, etc.) is preferred
6.Experience on Citrix Enterprise Infrastructure management and troubleshooting
7.Project experience on IT infrastructure
8.Infrastructure Designing Experience

Workplace (Windows 7 Level 3 Support):
1.Solid knowledge of Windows 7 infrastructure
2.Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (VBS, PowerShell)
3.Experience on MDT/OSD and patch management in SCCM infrastructure
4.Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment
5.Infrastructure Designing Experience

Workplace (Application Packaging Level 3):
1.Solid knowledge of Application Packaging in SCCM infrastructure
2.Solid knowledge of Microsoft App-V
3. Knowledge of SCCM (Software Distribution, Reporting, etc.)
4.Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (VBS, PowerShell) is preferred
5.Experience on package troubleshooting in enterprise environment

Workplace (AppSense Level 3):
1.Solid knowledge of AppSense Product (version 7.2 and above) in enterprise environment (Configuration, Deployment & Policy Management)
2.Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (VBS)
3.Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment
4.Infrastructure Designing Experience

Workplace (Office 365 Level 3):
1.Solid knowledge of Office 365 Exchange Functionality
2.Knowledge of Microsoft scripting (PowerShell)
3.Knowledge of Office 365 Lync/Sharepoint Functionalities are preferred
4.Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment (Complex Hybrid Environment)
5.Infrastructure Designing Experience


Workplace (SCCM Level 3):
1.Solid knowledge of SCCM in enterprise environment (Installing, Configuring, Implementing & Packaging) (3 years+ experience with SCCM)
2.Knowledge of MS SQL is preferred
3.Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment
4.Infrastructure Designing


Workplace (Lync Level 3):
1.Solid knowledge of Lync (Installing, Configuring & Implementing)
2.Solid knowledge of MS OCS is preferred
3.Knowledge of MS SQL is preferred
4.Experience on troubleshooting in enterprise environment
5.Infrastructure Designing
