Responsibilities:
1.Cooperate closely with ITSS quality management;
2.Cooperate closely with ITSS security management;
3.Translate ITSS quality standards to GEMS services;
4.Ensure compliancy of GEMS process execution with quality standards;
5.Audit quality compliancy;
6.Propose and implement quality improvements
7.Translate ITSS security standards to GEMS services;
8.Ensure compliancy of GEMS process execution with security standards;
9.Audit security compliancy;
10.Propose and implement security improvements.



Requirements:
1. BA degree
2.3+ years experience in an Integrated IT infrastructure environement
3.MNC work experience in MNC or abroad experience
4. work in or with a Service management team
5.Fluent English (spoken and Written)
6.Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
7.GSD 331, ITCS series standard
8.security and compliance management experience
