Dept.: Share Service Center – Order management

Responsibilities:
? Perform internal buddy checks of Order Management orders to ensure department and corporate regulatory compliances.
? Ensure effective and timely audit closure of all nonconformitites identified during audits before orders are submitted to QA team.
? Create buddy check reports and assign corrective action as appropriate.
? Monitor the OM error rate; provide suggestions and advice on how to improve the order booking accuracy.
? Ad hoc duties as needed.

Requirements
? Two years minimum of Audit experience required
