Title: Assistant Accountant (AP)
Location: Beijing, China
Report to: Accounting Manager

Responsibility:
- Accounts payable recording, prepares vouchers for supplier invoices
- Dealing with high volume invoices.
- Accurate coding
- Obtain proper approvals for vendor payments and communicate with necessary parties to ensure timely payments
- Uses Peoplesoft system to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries.
- Response for accounts reconciliation.
- Prepare the AP Aging Report and other AP related reports
- Able to consolidate information for next analyst step.

Requirement:
- Graduate, 1 years work experience in AP is a plus
- Major in finance/accounting or related fields
- Good English skill, both in written and spoken
- Positive, Hold a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Familiar with Microsoft WORD, EXCEL
- Can Work under pressure, meet deadline
- Good team work player
