职位描述
Responsibilities
Coach, Build, and Enable Manager Capability and Effectiveness
1. Coach managers to interpret HR policies and legislative requirements
2. Coach manager to leverage all HR Systems, Reporting and Analytics tools effectively
3. Create forums and various channels to solicit feedback and communicate key messages that impacts managers via GSS HR clinics, and one on one coaching.
- General HR Operational and Administrative Support
1. Process all local documentation required for colleagues (e.g. Deeds / packs/ on boarding / off boarding as required)
2. Manage and administer all local non GSS processes 3. Ensure filing is up to date for each of the respective client groups and all colleague files are updated accordingly
4. Sort & distribute local HR operations mailbox (where relevant) and address issues as required.
5. Support key HR processes or projects such as GPM, GCP, GJS, etc.
- MOS CF HR Managers
1. Partner with MOS CF to provide HR operational support for any BU restructures / mass change/ acquisitions and divestments, EA / Union negotiations to ensure agreement is aligned to HR/GSS processes
Manage metrics & analytics and partner with HRBT for technology requests from the organization
- HR Global Operating Team
1. Utilize the Global Service Delivery Model to drive HR Operational Excellence through optimization of existing processes and technology and development of new processes and technological requirements in direct alignment with Regional and Global partners as necessary
Leveraging the model′s Global and Regional Forums
2. Drive the Operations Projects within the country, once endorsed by the Global Execution Forum
3. Act as an SME to partner with each member of HR Global Operating Team to drive the necessary outcomes
4. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in partnership with MOS, BT, Enterprise HR groups and all other appropriate functions, leveraging the Global and Regional Integration Forums
- SC SME
1. Analyze monthly performance statistics and ensure a clear understanding and agreement from Pfizer and IBM perspective.
2. Actively participate in weekly / monthly SC operational calls to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and provide resolution for the escalated queries from MOS CF.
3. Coordinate Knowledge Transfer sessions with IBM
4. Gather regular feedback from customers and the SC on the processes and services received
- Portal & Content SME
1. Ensure all content (forms / policies) on hrSource is updated via content change request. DTP's and letter templates updated via change controls
2. Ensure all content owners take accountability to update documents as required.
3. Ensure all local HR forms and policies are accurate and uploaded to hrSource Online
- Process & Policy SME
1. Drive CI culture through HR to improve our current processes
2. Ensure adherence to core HR policies and processes in line with global and local compliance standards
3. Ensure the HR Global Operations Team are aware of any changes to current process and raise it via the appropriate channels of change controls in preparation for Work Planning meeting
- Others
1. Ensure data integrity activities (e.g. data audit corrections, crosschecks, etc.) are managed appropriately and in a timely manner
2. HR Vendor management (FESCO, CIIC, Insurance, Benefits Platform, Fitness, project based contractors);
3. Acquisitions & Mergers and Divesture support
- Payroll Administration
1. Monthly calculation and payment of payroll and welfare items
2. Provide annual social insurance and housing fund information to vendors based on cities;
3. Provide income statements and tax certificates to employees
- Compensation and Benefits Administration
1. Implement the new benefits program and manage the administration of current benefits program in partnership with Total Rewards Lead 2. Provide relevant benefits forms to vendors and CF
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in an operations / share services environment.
- Works effectively in a matrix team environment in a collaborative manner
- Assesses situational and organizational dynamics along with competing activities when constructing a project plan
- Has strong business acumen and functional knowledge
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact with all levels of organization in both local and English language
- A strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
- Exercises excellent skills in the following areas: project & process management, strategic thinking, integration, facilitation, recommendation formation, decision-making, and complex problem-solving
- Solid expertise in HR technical proficiencies and driving process improvements.
- Sound understanding of online functional tools and computer savvy.
