职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Develop strategic partnerships with clients
- Understanding client's business and yearly marketing and sales plans
- Identify business development opportunities
- Develop client growth plans
2.Develop client projects
- Detailed client brief
- Project Feasibility analysis
- Creative department briefs
- Source additional research / information
- Develop client proposals and presentations
3.Financial and contractual duties
- Prepare cost estimates / contracts & sign off
- Invoicing
- Manage client payments-debtors
- Revenue & billing targets and forecasting
4.Project execution
- Prepare execution briefs (scope / scale / KPI's / timing)
- Logistic management
- Prepare execution & training manuals
5.Quality control
- Undertake routine field visits / mystery shopping-check stores & activations
6.Client service management
- Formal client reviews and project evaluations-by project / quarter in a positive and professional manner, including data collection and analysis
- Timely and professional feedback to clients
7.Team coaching and management
- Develop Always team culture
- Identify team structure requirements and build team accordingly with quality people
- Identify training needs and execute development programs
-Implement and monitor team members' KPI
- Undertake performance reviews and take corrective action when required
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Knowledge of Medicine environment in China is essential
1.Appropriate graduate and post graduate qualifications
2.8 to 10 years experience with an agency or company that sells a range of Medicine products / services to consumers in different trade channels
3.Trade marketing and / or sales force management / route to market planning
4.Knowledge of the five key drivers of business: Distribution, Availability, Visibility, POSM and Compliance
5.Knowledge of field marketing-particularly PG management, in store activations and road shows
6.Experience in account management or project management.
7.Good command of Chinese and English with excellent business writing, reporting and presentation skills
8.Strong track record of growing key client accounts and managing client relationships. Track record of servicing multinational accounts is an advantage.
9.Strategic planning in sales force management, field marketing operations, trade marketing and / or brand marketing.
10.Proficient in Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint
11.Highly motivated, able to work under high pressure and meet strict deadlines.
