Operation:
1. Implement the operational activities (such as invoicing, system maintenance, asset management, meeting minutes record, etc.) for the 2nd Party Audit Team
2. Provide Admin support to the operation staffs (including permanent auditor, subcontractor and CS team member) and make & file the report & records: such as T&E of auditor, monthly incentive for scheduler & report reviewer, group cellphone management
3. Operation data Analysis and reporting: such as delivery value calculate, daily orders analysis
4. Intern recruiting, performance review and management
5. Be contact window for 2nd party team, taking charge of communication within BUs
6. BU purchasing ( including frame, special paper, photo, computer)

Sales and marketing admin:
1. Assist to prepare proposal or bidding documents
2. Assist sales team with organizing events (e.g. seminars, consultant gatherings)
3. Searching and analysis marketing data
4. Other jobs assigned by top management

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferably with technical background
2. About 1-3 years working experience on similar position such as operation assistant/sales operation assistant/marketing officer/CS officer, experience with certification industry is a plus
3. Good command of English both orally and written
4. Proficient in officer software, knowledge and experience with database is a plus
5. Accurate, good communication skills and client-focused
6. Team-spirited and high sense of responsibility
