Job Summary / Purpose
· IT supporter for CN BEJ and responsible for fulfilment of support KPI’s in corporation with local IT support team and Corporate IT
· Support and execution of Client and Infrastructure tasks and projects in corporation with local IT support team and Corporate IT

Responsibilities
· Day to day IT supports for CN users, solving cases created in One IT Incident Management tool.
· Support, troubleshooting and error correction on IT infrastructure components.
· Maintain Server, network, telephony (Avaya).
· Implement and maintain Coloplast IT standards and IT Policies on HW, SW and Processes.
· Responsible for the IT equipment distribution, transfer and retrieval.
· Responsible for data administration and backup in CN BEJ.
· Provide training to CN users in coordination with global and local training plan.
· Liaise with vendors on IT hardware and software purchase.
· Responsible for keeping CN BEJ in license compliance.
· Write and update technical documentation.
· Reporting to IT Support management on status and progress


Job Qualifications and competences
· Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related disciplines
· Strong English skills, written and spoken
· 3 to 5 years experiences in IT, preferably in International environment
· Interest and ability to comply to Coloplast One IT standards
· High IT technical skills· Strong problem diagnosis and troubleshooting ability
· Strong coordination skills
· Are service minded - ability to provide "that little extra"
· Are focused on delivering best quality solutions
· Are proactive and takes the ownership
· Are flexible
· Are loyal
· Are structured and systematic
· Completed ITIL Foundation ver. 3 training will be as well considered
