Purpose of the job
To support BM in practical matters and projects, in order for the BM to concentrate on developing strategies, grasping new opportunities and supporting sales.
Under supervision of the BM, to efficiently and professionally execute on initiatives and projects and to some extent plan and take responsibility for such initiatives and projects.

Key responsibilities
1. Assist Brand Manager in developing and producing marketing material
2. Design and execute internal and external surveys in order to explore eg. current state of business or new opportunities – under BM’s supervision
3. Analyze survey input, market data and internal data
4. Support BM in running marketing projects, organizing conference and clinical studies
5. Help BM liaise with managers in sales, marketing, and brand management to develop campaigns that help them achieve their sales goals
6. Liaise with external vendors and agencies (for example printers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets) to ensure that their work meets the organization’s requirements, deadlines, and budget.

Typical educational background
Bachelor's degree on medical science or business management

Business experience
3-5 years experiences in sales and marketing from related industry. Experience with Business development projects/Marketing activities preferred.
