Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for delivering high accuracy internal and external financial reporting on time each month, strictly following China accounting standards and group headquarter accounting guideline; Prepare month end vouchers on salary, pension, IIT, accrual, PRC and IFRS monthly gap adjustment
2. Be responsible for inter-company transaction: issue IC invoice or credit to other Coloplast company based on group headquarter guideline; make entry on received IC invoice or credit on time
3. Inventory management: make needed inventory entry; make sure month end balance correct and reconcile with GL and ReportNet; book and allocate duty of import FG ; Quarterly inventory aging and obsolete analysis report and prepare relative document according to local tax authority requirement
4. Fixed Assets management: Fixed asset register and update at FA module based on IT information, monthly depreciation calculation according to PRC and group headquarter principle; Fixed assets disposal and scrap management and prepare relative documents according to local tax authority requirement
5. Prepare internal GL review package and organize relative monthly meeting for discussion
6. Chart of account management: coordinate right account code usage within accounting team and provide relative training to accounting team
7. Lead annual audit: internal and external coordination to make sure fluently audit process and high quality audit result
8. Other tasks assigned by Head of Finance

Professional Competences:
1.Solid knowledge on China accounting standards;
2. Experience on PRC and IFRS reporting;
3. Lead annual audit experience are preferred;
4. ERP working experience;
5. Good command of written English.

Personal Competences:
1. At least 4 years of working experience in multinational company;
2. Responsible attitude and commitment for the work;
3. Good communication skills and teamwork oriented;
4. Self-motivated;
4. Quick learner.
