Job purpose
Support local sales and Beijing HQ marketing in planning, managing, supervising and executing city, province and regional marketing activities. Assisting in raising the level of the sales reps through training and coaching. Act as marketing link between HQ Beijing and the local sales teams.

Major responsibilities
1. Make clear yearly regional main activity plan (such as CP Academy and AtH), including budget, together with RSM and Senior Project Manager. Final approval of plan by Senior Project Manager
2. Plan and execute the activities in the activity plan involving the local sales team and request/arrange the involvement of Beijing HQ marketing if required
3. Supervise and support other local marketing activities such as important department seminars if requested by RSM/DSM
4. Support local sales team to develop and manage key accounts, KOL's and relevant associations/societies in the region
5. Feed HQ (Beijing) marketing team with market insights - customers demands and competitor intelligence
6. Assist Beijing HQ marketing in training of the local sales forces
7. Assist RSM and DSM's with field coaching of reps if required
8. Coordinate the regions case studies/clinical cooperation/marketing surveys
9. Manage/coordinate regional marketing material

Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree, Major in medical science, or business management.
2. Above 4 years of Sales and/or marketing experience in pharm./medical devices.
3. At least basic Medical Understanding
4. Flair for organizing and executing activities
5. Structured and cost conscious - good understanding of cost-benefit tradeoffs
6. Intermediate commercial understanding - sense of how to build activities that can translate into increased business
7. Good interpersonal communication skills
8. Good PPT making skills and public speaking
