Position: Marketing Director, Chronic Care
Base city: Beijing

In Coloplast Medical Devices ( Ltd ), we are looking for a new Marketing Director to strengthen our Marketing Organization and manage the Marketing Department.

The position is placed in Beijing and reporting to the Vice President of Chronic Care.
You will be part of the Chronic Care Management team in Beijing.


Your primary responsibilities
? Responsible for developing and managing Chronic Care marketing in China and ensure Coloplasts commercial objectives
being successfully fulfilled.
? Overall responsible for all Chronic Care Marketing activities.
? In charge of Market research, Product portfolio maintenance and Market communication
? Responsible for launch of new products and brands in the Chinese market.
? Build up and maintaining good relationship with professionals and key players.
? Ensure effective communication and good cooperation with all other departments including local Sales offices all over China.
? Project management and decision making processes within the marketing function
? Daily management of the Marketing team, currently 5 employees and make sure to develop the Marketing team professionally
and personally so they are able to meet customer requirements.
? Member of the Chronic Care Management team who will follow up on business performance and set direction for the
business development.

Your qualifications
? University degree
? Minimum 3 years of experience as Marketing Director or similar position. Experience in Medical Device or/and Pharmacy
industry is preferred.
? International experience. Used to and comfortable working with colleagues from Europe.
? Fluent English language - speaking and writing.
? Good IT and presentation skills.
? Strong logical thinking and analytic ability - and the ability to convert analysis into execution.
