Social Media Supervisor/Specialist

The Social Media Supervisor is responsible in implementing IQAir China’s Social Media Strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption. This role coordinates with the internal Marketing and PR teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services
• 实施社交媒体战略，与利益相关者保持一致，通过公司确保其有效性并鼓励采用相关社交媒体技术，运用到企业文化和所有公司产品与服务中。

• Work with the Product development team to ensure social media tools are kept up to date
• 与产品开发团队合作，确保社交媒体工具不断更新。

• Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.
• 管理社会媒体宣传和日常活动。职责包括在线宣传、写社论、社区外延成果、推广活动等。

• Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Weibo, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
• 管理现有的社交网络，包括脸谱网、推特、微博和其他相似的社交网站，张贴在相关博客并根据需要移植到社交应用。

• Become an advocate of the Company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate
• 在社交媒体场所作为本公司的拥护者，适当时，参与对话和回答问题。

• Manage a Blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about the Company
• 管理博客外延项目并且建立积极的品牌大使网络，向世界展示公司。

• Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• 监控有效基准为社交媒体项目评测影响，并分析，审查和报告宣传的有效性使成效最大化。

• Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing and Editorial teams, to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
• 定期从社交媒体监管处得到反馈见解给营销和编辑团队，帮助他们及时的发展自己的战略。

• Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications

使用社交媒体工具，趋势和应用监管发展动态。

职位要求： 1.工作认真负责、有一定文字能力； 2.有自己独到的见解和创新能力； 3.负责公司论坛的管理，维护，具有活动策划组织能力； 4.思维活跃，沟通能力强，活跃论坛气氛； 5.熟悉网络微博的管理和运营，有1年以上运营微博经验
