岗位目的Purpose of the job
带领销售团队,有效管理区域内销售、市场、财务及团队各方面,并确保区域业务发展与公司市场发展战略保持一致,以完成区域业务目标。
Leading the sales team and be responsible for the management of the region in an all-round way and ensuring business development in accordance with general provided guidelines from national sales manager and marketing in order to achieve the regional targets.
职责 Responsibilities
1. 根据公司战略重点制定区域销售策略与计划,并监督执行,以完成区域业务目标;
To develop regional sales strategy and plans, and follow the implementation of all plans, in order to reach the overall sales target of the region based on company development.
2. 加强市场情报的收集、分类与分析,为决策提供支持;提供准确的市场趋势、需求变动、竞争对手的发展趋势及客户的反馈等信息;关注行业和市场的发展动态和趋势,采取相应的行动以改善市场情况
Strengthen marketing intelligence acquisition, classification and analysis for decision-making, and provide accurate information of marketing trends, changing demands, competitors’ development trends and client feedback; pay attention to industry and marketing trends and take corresponding action.
3. 发展商业伙伴实现双赢合作,负责管理经销商渠道和区域回款业务,及参与投标管理工作
To develop business partners to work towards mutual interest, responsible for channel management and overall regional AR and tender management/involvement.
4. 严格控制销售成本,合理有效分配销售资源;
Strict control of sales cost; appropriate and efficient allocation of sales resources;
5. 建立与维护关键客户的网络,包括护理学会、相关政府部门、医保办等重要的关键客户;培养区域讲者;
To establish and maintain good relationship with higher level VIP client such as Head of Nursing Association, Government officers, department head of health insurance and etc; train regional speakers;
6. 负责地区经理、主管的培训、辅导与激励工作,高效管理销售团队,提升人员的绩效和能力;
Responsible for training, guiding and encouraging district managers or supervisors; maintaining effective and efficient management of sales teams and improve performance of the whole team;
7. 制定区域人才储备计划,负责区域内人员招聘、晋升或辞退等工作;
To plan for short and long term manpower needs, including recruiting, promoting and terminating sales personnel in the region.
任职资历及要求 Required Skills and Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2. 至少8年以上销售及市场相关经验;至少3年医药行业跨国公司地区或大区销售管理经验
At least 8 years experience at sales or marketing; at least 3 years experience at district or regional sales management in multinational companies;

4. 优秀的谈判与沟通技巧
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
5. 优秀的领导力与合作能力
Excellent leadership and good cooperation
6. 熟练掌握办公软件
