Responsibilities
1. Formulate annual sales training programs and budgets for the company; in charge of the implementation of specific training.
2. Draft, revise and improve relevant sales training policies and processes; establish a system of training and development needs of the company and its employee.
3. Develop training plans and organize the implementation; monitor training process, evaluate training effectiveness and conduct training examination.
4. Expand training channels and resources; evaluate external consultants and training providers.
5. Develop training courses and compile training materials; conduct the inner trainings on sales courses.
6. Develop a team of sales training professionals in the company and provide advice and guidance to inner trainers; manage HR daily work.
7. Assist in the design and implementation of training and development plans for sales staff.

Professional Competences
1. Bachelor degree or above; Medicine or marketing related.
2. At least three years' sales training management and implementation experience; management experience in medical sales would be a preference.
3. Proficient in modern enterprise operation and management concept; familiar with the management of training resources; manage training consultancy process and key steps.
4. Good communication skills and teamwork oriented.
5. Good knowledge of office software.
6. Good English is a preference.
