Bose Shenzhen office is looking for energetic, committed individuals to join our HR team. This position will provide general support to all the functions within HR fields. If you are a self-starter, quick leaner and creative to drive things better, please come and join us!

Primary Responsibilities will include:
? Coordinating the requisition process from start to finish
? Assisting interview scheduling, preparing, sending and following up with candidates regarding offer packets
? Initiating and tracking all background investigations
? Processing applications and maintaining the requisition database to reflect candidate status
? Processing employee referral bonuses and candidate expense reimbursements where appropriate and following up with Payroll and Accounts Payable to ensure that payments have been made
? Supporting the implementation for future HR information system, ensure HRIS database and information is updated on a daily base
? Involving in employee profile management and update
? Involving in employee compensation & benefits administrative/execution process/activities
? Providing HR administrative service for local employees e.g. residence permit, income certificate, working permit, visa application
? Responsible for the creation and updates of HR SharePoint,
? Supporting the employee engagement activities

Qualifications:
? Bachelor Degree in Business Management, HR, Education, or Psychology
? At least 2 years work experience as HR generalist in HR or HR Shared Service Center in multi-national companies
? Has knowledge and experience in HR processes, and measurement systems.
? Has experience in driving teams to work in a service oriented, customer focused environment
? Good English skill, and solid skills on PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
? Collaborative, creative problem solving
