Responsibilities
1. Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts for China, provide legal advice to management team on various issues, such as contract, employment, foreign exchange, customs etc.
2. Manage corporate secretary work in China.
3. Handle simple China litigation and arbitration cases with outside counsel’s assistance.
4. Plan and provide legal and compliance trainings in China.
5. Provide the legal support to China M&A and other big projects under the supervision of the General Counsel, China
6 Identifying and managing legal risk
7. Supervising the implementation and enforcement of Faurecia global legal policies

Requirements
1. Admitted to Chinese Bar Association with a LL.B. degree in China is required. Candidate who has an LL.M. degree in a common law jurisdiction is preferred.
2. 5+ years of post graduation work experience in reputable law firms or multinationals.
3. Experience in drafting commercial agreements in both English and Chinese is required. Candidate who has the experience of handling employment law issues, litigation, compliance or corporate secretary work is preferred.
4. Good business acumen, ability to be flexible and work in a problem-solving environment.
5. Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management and analytical skills.
6. A hard working team player who is willing to learn and can deliver the commitment.
7. Fluent in both oral and written English. Proficient in windows, excel, power point and other regular working tools.
