职位描述
Key activities:
1 Manage the strategic relationships for assigned accounts and assure we are exceeding their expectations
2 Develop deep understanding of product capabilities and value proposition so as to secure or expand sales in named accounts.
3 New products promotion and product relocation on managed accounts
4 Manage forecast revenue, product mix and account activity.
5 Handling the products supply and quality issues
6 Attend industry forums, trade shows and events as required
7 Support marketing initiatives, provide the feedback of products marketing on customer, products application on customers and competitors.
8 Directly supervise the activities of service team and engage in the same technical work as the subordinates he supervises. Team working time and sales expense management and well as team work spirits building.
9 Processes running cost and sales expense control.
Key Competencies:
??A results-oriented team player with high sense of responsibility, the successful candidate must have indomitable work ethic; that will reject setbacks and will enthusiastically persist until ambitious goals are achieved.
??Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with different people.
??Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and precede with objectives in short notice.
??Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
Expected years of experience:
At least 3 years with PCB technology and at least 2 years the customers service management experience.
Educational Qualifications:
??Bachelor degree is minimally required
??Major: Chemistry
