受某跨国公司委托，招聘Network Engineer，职位描述如下：
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for the delivery of network services in a global enterprise environment. The successful candidate must have a detailed knowledge of networking technology with a specialty in Voice over IP technology from Cisco. They must be team oriented and have strong leadership ability. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on attention to detail and will have the authority of character to make sure everything is done correctly and with integrity.
？ Responsible for all operational aspects of the telecommunications network including meeting standards, technical integration, and addressing incidents on a daily basis
？ Assist in deployment of new voice projects and services in the Asia/Pacific region and elsewhere in the global enterprise
？ Work cooperatively with other engineering resources to maintain and revise technical documentation
？ Responsible for troubleshooting issues and issue management for all VoIP and traditional TDM services in the Asia/Pacific region
？ Make recommendations to the senior engineering resources to identify problem areas in a proactive way and assist in developing solutions to meet the challenges in the converged network environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
？ Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
？ 5 years of IS and business/industry work experience
？ 5 years of experience with telecommunications technologies
？ Solid process skills with an understanding of change control processes and managing critical production environments
？ Cisco CCNP Voice certification is strongly preferred
？ Strong leader with a desire to educate and develop good young talent within the team
？ Strong inter-personal, analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills essential
？ Ability to work in a global team environment
