职位描述
Position Purpose
* Initiate, driving and execute new business development projects to support middle and long term business growth by leveraging activities i.e. M&A, strategic alliance
* Driving and coordinating Grundfos China corporate and unit strategy to enhance the company strategy planning competencies
* Improve internal analyze and consultancy competencies
Major Tasks
* New business development
o Responsible for optimizing long-term position (revenue streams and profitability) in new business areas (pump-related and non-pump related) through development and execution of business development projects
o Carries-out collection and analysis of market and competitor data together with the market intelligence department
o Drive the development and deployment of new business strategies based on corporate goals, customer needs either via collaboration across multiple businesses, within one business, or as a subset of a businesses
o Drive strategic initiatives to support new business development including merger & acquisition, strategic alliance, etc.
o Participants and giving presentation in relevant new business related seminar, conference, events
* Coordination & Execution of global new business projects
o Responsible for business plans & China market entry strategy for global new business projects
o Responsible for the implementation and coordination of global new business development projects in China
* China strategy planning
o Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders on Grundfos China corporate strategy and unit strategy (including business unit strategy and functional strategy) under supervision of global strategy departments and China management team
o Develop & implement tools to support and monitor strategy execution
* Interface/coordination
o Manage and execute internal consultant project independently or in conjunction with other internal & external consultants those are initiated by China management team
o Provide consulting advisory and execution support to business units and China executive management by providing insightful analysis and growth direction
o Serve as a core initial team and be responsible for the growth of the company and the China team
o Other ad hoc project initiated by China Management Committe
Decisions Competences
* Decides within agreed frame for business development projects
Organisational Description

* Middle management position (professional and/or people responsibility)
* Reports directly to the BD Director
Work Relations
Main work relations would be:
* China Management Committee
* Business unit sales director / GSH sales team
* Segment managers / business development managers
* Marketing
* Group new business functions
* Group strategy functions (including BDC marketing, People & Strategy)
* Others relevant
Required Qualifications
* An MBA or equivalent experience- 5 or more years of work experience
* Practical experience in Marketing / strategy or/and international management consulting expertise
* Advanced quantitative, numerical and financial analytical capability encompassing market assessment, company financial performance and product profitability and pricing scenarios/ models
* Ability to lead and effectively manage multiple, simultaneous, complex projects, working across multiple stakeholders and drawing on external resources and skills where necessary
* Ability to obtain support and buy-in for project objectives and to drive project agenda amongst senior management such that resource and budget support is readily available.
* Strong interpersonal skills, such as consensus building and facilitation
* Strong communication skills - oral, written, and presentation
* Strategic thinking and long-term perspectives
* Managing outside consultants & vendors
* Independent worker, self-starter that takes initiative
* Team management experience
