Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead a highly motivated team to drive and meet ongoing challenges
?Manage dedicated spend for one or more entities from operational to strategic procurement
?Identify and implement programs to meet saving goals and to enhance procurement related processes. Support and implement global and regional programs with consideration of local requirements. Manage in a timely manner the sourcing processes across selected APJ entities
?Develop sourcing strategies on a local and regional level and establishes project plans
?Demonstrate good capacity for evaluating suppliers, sourcing, analyzing proposals and supplier management in accordance with best practices to support business requirements.
?Ensure compliance to the Global Purchasing Policy and maintain all necessary documents to ensure transparency and audit compliance.
?Work closely with Lines of Business peers as well as Global Procurement Organization to meet the objectives. Manages stakeholders

Work Experience and skills
?With at least 5-7 years experience in purchasing or supply chain operations in the following areas: develop and execute complex sourcing strategies for a commodity or region, high value RFX execution, manage complex and high value requirements including complex pricing negotiations and understand and negotiate complex legal contract terms and conditions.
?Strong experience in procuring 3rd Parties services (Consulting, Application Development, Professional Services), Marketing, IT, HR and/or Facility ManagementServices will be an added advantage
?Must be proficient in English and local language
?Flexibility, readiness of mind and sense of responsibility
?Ability to understand business requirements and translate into purchasing requirements,
?Apply advance purchasing knowledge to execute sourcing projects
?Leads and provides expertise to purchasing project teams and participates in purchasing cross functional initiatives.
?Works on complex purchasing projects where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
?Strong communication and presentation skill as well as interactive and social competencies.
?Knowledge of purchasing systems and experience and ease of handling with current MS office applications.

Education
?University degree preferably in Business Administration, engineering or a related field. Advance degree in a related field or equivalent preferred.
?Experience in SAP MM / SRM system
?Experience in BW reporting
?Experience in Microsoft Office
?Strong supportive attitude will be ideal
?Ability to communicate with end users, stakeholders and work with colleagues in the region and global teams
