工作职责
1、 负责公司质量体系的制定/修改及正常运行 2、 负责质量部资源的合理调配以保证各项工作得以正常进行 3、 负责制定并确保质量目标的达成 4、 负责编制质量周报和月报并对主要的质量问题提供相应的整改计划及措施，并确保措施的落实以达到质量绩效的要求； 5、 负责供应商质量管理以满足质量的绩效要求； 6、 负责产品审核，过程审核,以确保能够满足产品质量要求； 7、 负责顾客投诉管理； 8、 负责对不合格品整改的开展，主持分析会议，责成责任部门整改，对整改效果进行验证
任职资格
教育背景	本科及以上，主修工科、管理及相关专业
工作经验	五年以上大型外企制造业质量管理工作经验
技能知识	TS-16949 证书及质量管理工具的熟练使用； 熟悉各主机厂的质量管理流程及质量要求；
培训经历	有TS16949，ISO14000培训经历
英语水平	良好的英语听说读写能力
电脑操作	熟练使用MS Office软件
性格态度	具有团队合作精神 良好的问题解决能力 身心健康；能承受一定的工作压力
