1. Lead the maintenance team work effectively

? Lead and develop the maintenance team
? Carry out periodical check and audit to ensure the maintenance team to work in order
? Plan, deploy and follow up on targets and goals such as TRS and downtime

2. Equipment improvement
? diagnose and analysis the problem which is happened frequently and redesign the equipment to avoid it happened again
? Choose and purchase better quality spare parts with lower price.

3.Plan and carry out equipment maintenance schedule with the team
? edit the maintenance instruction on 1st level.
? plan the maintenance schedule on 2nd level.
? plan the maintenance schedule on 3rd level and coordinate with suppliers.


Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1. The ideal candidate will have/be:
2. Master's degree in engineering, preferably with a specialisation in Maintenance
3. Working knowledge of Quality system and Health, Safety & Environment skills
4. Advanced computer knowledge and skills
5. Strong problem solving skills
6. Strong people management skills, interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to work in a matrix organization
8. Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
9. Good computer skills :Word,Excel,Powerpoint,AutoCAD etc
10. Strong in PLC system.
