Main missions:
1.Support accounting team and backup chief accountant
2.Prepare BS reconciliation, analysis the variance of BS accounts
3.Take charge of relationship with auditors and tax officers
4.Supervise ICS/AR/AP reconciliation with customer/supplier
5.Send required information/reports to wuxi for consolidation
6.Check & ensure integrality of accounting files (voucher/report/bank Reconcile/tax Report/licenses)
7.Follow & improve accounting procedure & internal control process (CFRS/IFRS/FCP)
8.People management: Manage & supervise accounting team
9. Expense analysis.
10.Improve process of Finance tasks
11. Other operating affairs assigned by manager

Qualifications of Candidate
1. Over five years related experience in foreign investment manufacturing company (preferred in automotive industry);
2. At least two years finance management and cost control experience;
3. Above Bachelor degree major in finance and accountant;
4. English fluent in reading and writing;
5. Familiar with SAP;
6. Familiar with GL and Finance report and cost analysis;
7. Positive and good tem work
