Responsibilities:
- Develop and carry out the sales plan and accomplish the sales target;
- Develop and carry out the loan programs and accomplish the AR collection target;
- Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan sales team management;
- Execute the sales and marketing strategies and action plans developed by the company;
- Enhance the customer relationship; set up and update the customer documents;
- Collect and analysis marketing and competitor information; work out the solution measures;
- Coordinate with other departments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Medical, Laboratory and biology related major;
- Minimum 8 year sales working experience, especially in biological industry;
- At least 3-years sales team management experience;
- Middle oral and fluent written English; Familiar with Microsoft office;
- Familiar the marketing and sales channel in the region; good market judgment, develop ability; strong communication and negotiating skills;
- Integrity, high sense of responsibility; ability to deal with emergency and compression;
- Advanced leadership and organization skills.

工作职责：
- 制定并带领本地区销售人员完成销售目标；
- 制定并完成应收账款的回收目标；
- 负责管理广东、广西、海南省的销售工作；
- 结合本地区特色，根据公司战略计划，落实销售及市场活动；
- 维护、增强客户关系；建立并及时更新客户信息；
- 收集并分析市场及竞品信息；分析信息、确定解决方案；
- 与公司内部其他部门协同合作。

任职条件：
- 大学本科及以上学历，医学及相关专业毕业；
- 医药行业八年以上销售经验；
- 三年以上外资企业销售团队管理经验；
- 良好的英文沟通及写作能力；熟练使用Microsoft办公软件；
- 熟悉所辖区域的市场和销售网络，良好的市场判断能力和开拓能力及谈判技巧；
- 具有良好的职业操守及责任心，具备应对突发事件的能力，能够承受一定的工作压力；
- 具有较强的计划、协调、执行能力。
