Summary of job contents
Work with Sales engineer and Customer to resolve the AR issues.Take appropriate procedure (professionally and sufficiently) to collect and reduce overdue payments, to meet the company's DSO target.

Job Description:

? Maintain profile of credit customer, and credit data in SAP.
? Generate AR aging report timely,and other collection report or analysis report.
? Coordinate with colleague in sales department and branch for the overdue payment issue, accomplish the payment collection. Or using chasing company,lawsuit,etc.
? According the analysis result of AR aging report,find the problem in early warning, and advise the solution ,for lower the credit risk. Give the feasible suggestion info of credit control,risk control.
? Check and control the order block system, ensure smooth process flow under credit control policy
? Correspond with customer for AR reconciliation and clearance.
? Manage other job request of credit control
