Master Job Profile
a. Summary of job contents
The candidate will be the Subject Matter Expert for implementation of standard Sales Processes in the Region. He/she will be responsible for analysis, evaluation, definition and implementation/transformation of business processes, specifically in Sales-related topics, with the Regional Management and Country Marketing functions.
b. Key accountabilities
? Implement best practice processes (jointly with the companies) on national level
? To support process issues on a national, sub regional and regional base, as well outside SPET (Sales Process Expert Team)
? To support initiatives driven from sales channels, marketing, pricing, business intelligence and regional product management
? To coach and train a clear understanding of the applicability and benefits arising from the SPET Best-Practice Sales processes in a Festo Company
? To work closely with General Management in the Festo Companies to: Reach agreement on potential via audits, case studies, gap analysis
? Define projects for implementation or enhancement, including KPI’s and targets.
? To provide monitoring for a successful process implementation.
? To work closely with Global SPET experts in HQ and worldwide to input future requirements for tools, processes and best-practice organisations.
? To have a clear understanding of the current business processes
? Create a culture which supports disciplined and systematic process management; data driven decision making; continuous improvement aligned with established strategy & objectives
? Proactive opportunity identification for business processes; To identify efficiency and effectiveness opportunities by processes and follow up on these finding with the countries
? Identify projects and support improvement initiatives using proven techniques
? Lead, coach, train and mentor teams in the use of project management, change management and process improvement tools and processes; serving as a change agent assisting in solving high level and / or complex problems resulting in breakthrough levels of performance improvement
? Coach project implementation of these best practice processes on a national base.
? Ensure effective control and adoption of improvements by local process owners. Lead efforts to implement process Control and Management – process mapping, documentation, metrics, monitoring systems and process ownership
? Support the implementation / leverage best practices across to ensure process improvements are institutionalized throughout the business
? Maintain project performance measures on a regular basis to report to leadership on project status as required
? Structured Problem-Solving skills and experience: uses a systematic, disciplined and fact-based process that gets to root cause to solve problems, analyzed and improved processes
? Quantitative Data Analysis aptitude: enjoys working with numeric data, can synthesize quantitative data to draw business conclusions.
? Lead and facilitate workshops and carrying out other forms of communication to support implementation
? Participate in the international SPET team as the Asia’s spokesperson
