Job purpose
This role is mainly a supporting role to the POP Champion to ensure Patient Oriented Programs (POP) are initiated and executed according to applicable quality standards by the respective POP owners.
The position holder acts as both, POP Champion delegate and SQA manager and reports directly to POP Champion.
Major Accountabilities
1. Support the POP Champion in executing Patient Oriented Program Compliance operational tasks.
2. Screen and log phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate;
3. Organize and manage the integrated calendar for local POP events, such as regular meetings with local stakeholders, local training sessions and local POP business reviews. Take and transcribe dictation and minutes; produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Track POP compliance KPIs
4. Present POP topics and KPI reports to local stakeholders as appropriate
5. Handle assignments, correspondence and facilitate the daily work and communication of POP management internally and coordinate cross-functional communication;
6. Ensure POP database is maintained accurately and timeliness of data is kept by POP owners, the drug safety responsible person and other functions;
7. Liaise with the POP Champion on a regular basis to ensure that any communication is cascaded appropriately within the respective unit and to enable that local feedback reaches the POP Champion;
8. Execute instruction and directions from POP Champion in the POP management
9. Fulfilling the functional role of “SQA Manager”, as defined in POP management for POPsys and being responsible for Supplier Quality Assessment (SQA): managing and maintaining an accurate approval status of ESPs in POPsys*; Uploading the final, approved & signed POP SQA into POPsys.
10. Interact with the global POP team as appropriate; this includes phone contacts and on-sire interactions during business visits
*POPsys is the new database system that features centralized management of POP program worldwide after March, 2013.
Ideal Background
Education: Bachelor degree is a must-have.
Languages: ? Excellent local language (Mandarin) skills;
? Excellent English language skills, particularly reading and writing.
? English level CET-6 is preferred;
? Excellent spoken-English skill is preferred.
Experience/Professional Requirement: ? Experience as assistance;
? Experience and proficiency using the Microsoft Office software package (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
? Have a strong sense of time management and prioritized work scheduling;
? Work is handled efficiently in the absence of line manager; Discretion and confidentiality are essential attributes;
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
? Experience in project management is an advantage.
