岗位概要: Key Performance Area

This position will play a crucial role in the new R&D center start-up. He or she will work closely with Company Engineering, JFB and plant team, ensure successful vertical start-up and keep site facility running smoothly with high compliance with safety, QRO requirements and proactive maintenance.


基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

? Vertical Start-up
？ Project Management
？ Equipment Installation
？ Leading the start up process: training, safety, commissioning plan
？ Connection to JFB: VSU tool/process
? Facility operation
？ Building service and support: daily operation, proactive maintenance ( work with SH Plant team or vendor),training
？ General Mills compliance tools like the GMI Risk Management plan (RMP) and process safety management plan (PSM)
？ Equipment /Instrument support: proactive maintenance, safety (work with ESH Manager)
？ Pilot plant operation: operation support, ITQ requirement compliance

教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request

? Bachelor degree
? Strong background in facility management
? 3+ years of experience in similar position
? Excellent communication skill
? Result oriented with flexible and innovative manner
? Willing to work in an operational manner, good sense of safety standard compliance
? Good command of both oral & written English
