Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )



Internal Communication support: provide content development and project coordination support to all existing internal communication channels & projects, such as:

Internal newsletter “Harmony” : support head of Internal Communication for story development, design/production follow-up, distribution coordination;
Intranet: content and IT support coordination
Mass mailing coordination and distribution: coordinate with IT to maintain the distribution list and a smooth distribution process; draft employee communication letter; coordinate HR announcement process and draft based on given information.
Annual leadership meeting and town hall: content and event logistics support
Support other projects based on requests, such as Community Day, executive China visit, employee activities, etc.
Coordination with Brand PR team and internal communicators to improve function efficiency and satisfactory.

Function excellence support: coordinate cross team resources and process to improve quality and productivity, such as

Coordinate agency contacts and payment; track payment status to avoid over-spending and late payment
Manage shared folder for important information

Coordinate team meeting, outings, etc.
Team stock management
Other support based on request


Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)




Education:
Bachelor degree in communications, journalism, English or other relevant majors


Languages:
Good language skills for oral and written English;

Good writing and editorial skills in Chinese is a plus

Good interaction skills with various stakeholders including internal colleagues and external agency staff


Experience:
Minimum 2 years relevant working experiences in Communication field either in-house or PR agency;
