职位描述

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall Role & Responsibility of the Senior S&P Manager is to create a passionate environment of product understanding, customer satisfaction & delivery of the best expertise based on consumer needs. To be Sales Engine of the Shanghai Mega store through strong leadership & effective management of the Beauty Advisors Team.

- To represent Sephora's core values & identity - Bold, Energy & Freedom ; to show strong ownership & passion of these values & to create a strong Sephora spirit within the team.
- Driving strong Beauty Expertise of the team through the development of a well-integrated training program in conjunction with the HQ Training Dept. To give the best beauty advice based on individual & personal consumer needs.
- To ensure a high standard of personal image, grooming & creating looks based on daily focus & trends within the product offer & market (Sephora Attitude).
- Emphasis on high standards of customer service & satisfaction; We Care More program
- To plan a strong & well organized Roster optimizing the on duty Staff based on daily traffic & sales peaks.
- To set & align & deliver Sales Budgets by Category with clear breakdown by Floor, Day, Week, Month & Annual based on strong understanding of Store performance.
- To set & continuously track Team SMART objectives based on Sales, Traffic Conversion, Average Basket, category focus, new product launches & CRM recruitment. Conduct quarterly MPP reviews as per Sephora Operational standard evaluation.
- To be tracked on the store operating profit (SOP% & $), ensuring optimal profitability through sales & efficient head counts & cost management.
- Following strictly & enforcing the Sephora Employee Handbook and Store SOPs.
- To create a harmonious working atmosphere and be able to retain team member.
- Plan and make the roster of all sales team member according to sales trends and store needs.
- All other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 Year's Experience in an Operational or Sales Role within Retail or FMCG Beauty Company.
- Ideally Experience in Managing both Store or Area
- Minimum 3 Years of Management of large Team
- Highly motivational & result orientated.
- Passion for Beauty Products, Image and Market Trends.

Supervision Received: Reporting to the Mega Store Director
Subordinates: Team of 82 people
