职位描述

店铺经理负责店铺每日运营。负责店铺销售业绩增长和团队工作质量

岗位职责

店铺的财务业绩

? 完成店铺的销售计划,营运收益和规划内的保养花费

? 分析销售趋势和适当反馈

? 关心店铺销售总利润业绩

? 监控参与并实施计划来改善店铺管理不足和销售亏损

? 通过保证商品销售系统的追踪和稳定(循环盘点、仓库管理、存货目录等),推进店铺销售业绩


员工管理

? 根据公司店铺编制政策面试和雇佣店铺员工

? 培训员工销售技巧和管理能力,发展潜在资质的高级美容顾问 ,副店经理,专家级美容顾问

? 保证公平及时的对店铺所有员工进行业绩评估

? 必要时向人力资源合作伙伴和区域经理商议和交流员工问题

? 通知激励员工达到店铺销售目标并且遵守公司政策

? 负责员工排班,考勤和休假

? 识别并赞扬表现积极优异的员工。创造和睦积极的工作氛围

? 保守工作机密

? 确保每月的店铺例会有效开展,及时适当的与团队交流重要信息


员工培训

? 确保所有初级美容顾问必须参加丝芙兰基础培训课程

? 根据工作需要制定产品实施培训课程日程表


店铺管理

? 根据公司理念坚持管理和提供优质的客户服务

? 组织回顾销售计划演讲稿和视频短片,以便坚持和加强丝芙兰理念

? 确保清洁标准和组织维修,包括销售后台:仓库、储物柜、休息室等的维修

销售营运

? 确保店铺运营操作符合公司政策和SOP,例如:试用装、安全设施和安全保障

? 确保店铺开店和关店都符合SOP标准

? 培训员工实行丝芙兰现金处理方法和短缺预防方法

? 及时管理存货,保持更新存货记录。将存货问题与物流部门交流,或者汇报区域经理和公司总部

? 完成所有的文书工作规程,保证店铺运营功能迅速精确


能力资格

? 卓越的沟通能力,追踪和分析技能

? 对零售行业充满工作热情,寻找工作挑战

? 拥有独立的决策判断能力应对突发的紧急情况

? 具有相关化妆品销售经验

? 熟练操作办公室软件,例如word,Excel ,Powerpoint.

? XXL 店铺,具备5年及以上相关零售店铺管理的工作经验

? XL 店铺 ,具备4-5年及以上相关零售服务管理的工作经验

? L /M/S 店铺 ,具备3-4年及以上相关零售服务管理的工作经验

? 本科学历或以上

? 普通话流利,熟练运用英语


General Summary
A Store Manager is managing one store from the daily operations. He/She take the full responsibility of sales growth & team quality of the store.
Duties and Responsibilities
Store’s Financial Results:
? Achieve store’s sales plans and operating profits while maintaining expenses.
? Analyze sales trends and react appropriately.
? Be aware of Stores total gross profits.
? Monitor, participate and implement programs to reduce shortage/loss.
? Drive sales results in the store by ensuring merchandise systems are followed and executed (cycle counts, stockroom organization, inventories, etc).


Personnel/Staff Supervision:
? Interview and hire store staff according to the company HC policy.
? Train staff’s business skills and management ability, and develop potential SBA, ASM, EBA.
? Conduct and ensure fair and timely performance evaluation of all staff.
? Consult and communicate staff issues to HR BP and ADM as needed.
? Inform and motivate staff to meet stores goals and comply with policies.
? In charge of staff scheduling, attendance and vacation.
? Recognize and celebrate the positive actions and performance of staff. Create a harmonious and positive atmosphere.
? Respect diversity,confidentiality.
? Ensure all the important messages properly and timely communicated with the team by organizing effective store Monthly meetings.



Training:
? Ensure that all JBA attends the SEPHORA Basic Training as necessary.
? Ensure that product knowledge training scheduled in accordance to the business needs.


Store Presentation:
? Monitor, embrace, and adhere to all client service policies according to the Concept.
? Set-up and review merchandising presentations and animation’s that adhere to and enhance the SEPHORA concept.
? Ensure standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained,including “back stage” : stock room, lockers, rest room etc., are maintained.
Operations:
? Ensure store operation compliance with all SEPHORA policies and SOP,for example : Sampling, Safety and Security.
? Ensure the operations of store opening and closing absolutely follow SOP standard.
? Train staff and enforce SEPHORA’s cash handling and shortage prevention procedures.
? Conduct inventories on a timely basis/maintain updated inventory records. And communicate inventory issues/concerns to logistics/ ADM /head office.
? Complete all paperwork procedures that are necessary for the Store’s function promptly and accurately.


Qualifications:
? Excellent communication, follow up and analytical skills.
? Be passionate about retailing and looking for challenges
? Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency.
? Cosmetic experience desirable
? Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
? XXL Store,5+ years in retails/store line management
? XL Store ,4-5years in retails/service industry management
? L /M/S Store ,3-4years in retail/service industry management
? Bachelor degree or above.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
