Duties and Responsibilities:
Field Marketing is responsible to maximize brand presence at local level throughout local resource integration and local CRM program, including below duties:
(a). LSM plan development
Create annual LSM plan base on yearly animation schedule, store expansion and Marketing strategy
(b). Store Visibility / Accessibility enhancement
Provide communication support to all stores, including
i. Existing store - visibility enhancement, signage placement, ad space contract renew, image update
ii. New stores - pre-opening, opening program
iii. Key stores - tailor made program for key stores during specific period
(c). Local Relationship building
i. Establish regular contact base to build good relationship with local landlord.
ii. Gain resource from landlord to keep brand continuous exposure in local
iii. Working with local store management team for desired purposes
(d). Identify local brand exposure opportunities
i. Propose regional / citywide level LSM event or programs
ii. Searching any potential opportunities e.g. cross-over and joint program with other proper brands
(e). Internal support
i. PR - coordinating venue and support for road show / press event
ii. Media - on ground support
iii. CRM - data acquisition from landlord member or VIP list
iv. Image - ensure visuals are updated and relevant at field
(f). Budget Control and ROI delivery
i. Price negotiation / coach and lead agency
ii. Quality and budget control to deliver positive ROI
Qualifications:
(a). 4 years relevant experience in brand trade marketing or chain store brands
(b). Details oriented and well organized
(c). Effective communication skills and self-motivated
(d). Good at planning with strategic thinking
(e). Being on-hands
(f). Business travel required
