职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Store T&E (travel and expense) Reimbursement:
a) All stores’ T&E expense reimbursement check in SAP as per company’s policy;
b) Store T&E bookkeeping & validation to ensure all transactions are correctly booked in SAP and initiate adjustment if necessary;
c) Communicate with stores for mistakes identified and follow up the correct action accordingly within the deadline;
d) Perform store T&E analysis and prepare the monthly report within the deadline;
2. Store Expense
a) Store’s operational expenses booking and accrual;
b) Follow up monthly payment to vendors and complete reconciliation with accrual on monthly basis.
3. Monthly closing:
a) Tax accrual for shrinkage in SAP
b) Attributable cost bookkeeping in SAP
4. Others
a) Monthly voucher filing
b) Other works as line manager required
Qualification:
1. Colleague Degree or above in Accounting or Finance, Qualification of Junior Accountant is a plus;
2. 1 years’ experience as an AP accountant working for or MNCs or excellent graduate student.;
3. Solid understanding of Chinese/IFRS GAAP and practices;
4. Good PC skills and English speaking/writing skills, and experience with ERP/SAP is preferred.
