Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer services and call center:
- Oversee daily call center performance and responsible for the KPI of the call center service
- Guarantee the customers services quality and handle all customer complaints timely and efficiently
- Bridge the smooth communications between call center and internal teams to ensure the customer satisfaction
- Prepare operational reports, to create strong monitoring & tracking of call center
- Lead the call centers merge project by working with EB and external vendors
CRM communication:
- Organize store member event “Prestige Night”
- Responsible for member birthday gift management, including stock control and communication execution
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience on managing Call Center Operation, directly manage a outsourced call center agency is a plus
- Customer-centric and result oriented
- Have passion for cosmetic products
- Experience in marketing or CRM will be a big plus
- Detail oriented and be able to work under pressure
