Routine jobs:
- Responsible for monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
- Responsible to handle leave management through work Flow.
- Monthly personal income taxes online declared.
- Work together with vender to handle the monthly social welfare to ensure the accuracy of employee benefit information in HRIS.
- Work together with vender to handle the supplemental medical insurance issue.
- Liaise with vender on related issues and deeply follow to make all go smoothly and on time.
- Prepare HR monthly and yearly Report and make them updated timely and accuracy.
- Support to collect and analysis government latest law and regulations to design or improve existing policy/process.
- Support to launch project HR related, Employee satisfaction survey, workflow management and so on.
- Support to prepare industry compensation and benefits survey yearly
- Support to prepare C & B budget and yearly salary review.
Projects:
- Performance and salary review, inclusive position market benchmarking
- Support to collect and analysis government latest law and regulations to design or improve existing policy/process.
- Support to prepare and launch the projects of Health checkup, supplemental medical insurance, Festival benefit.
- Work with Sr. C&B manager to conduct Salary survey project and optimize salary structure.
- Work with Sr. C&B Manager to develop retention and benefit plans
- Support to prepare and process Projects, such as Work Flow, attendance, Roster, etc.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant HR working experience
- 3+ Years of C&B experiences at least
- Detail-oriented, patient, good interpersonal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, can manage work time efficiently.
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and execution skill
- Be result-driven, and good team player
- Good English skill both written and oral
